A perfume is chemistry and craft at once. The craft lies in the nose, the chemistry in the precision. In our atelier, one does not work without the other.
Weighing to the milligram
Every raw material is weighed on an accurate scale, within a small tolerance. Very small amounts are diluted first so they can be weighed reliably. A difference of a few milligrams can already tip a fragrance.
Safety from the first formula
We check every formula against the IFRA standards, the maximum doses per raw material. We also keep an extra margin, so a fragrance stays well within the limits.
Everything is recorded
For every raw material and every batch we note what it is, when it arrived and where it ended up. That way we can always trace what is in which perfume and later recreate a fragrance exactly.
Why this matters to you
- A fragrance smells the same in every bottle.
- The formula is safe and follows the rules.
- A bestseller can be made again, even a year from now.
